Day 13

Since it’s weekend, I cannot keep the intermittent fasting. So today I cooked and eat a lot. 🙂

Breakfast – 3 slices of the cheese tart 

Lunch – Salad + pork chops + a glass of red wine

Dinner – 2 slices of the cheese tart 

Snacks – 1/2 cup pickled veggies + chewing gum + 1/4 macadamia nuts + 1 peach

During the day, I drank water and sparkling water. No tea today.

No physical exercises.
