Coconut biscuits

I wanted a biscuit  nut free to give my son for school, since he has a friend with nut allergy.

I did this recipe.

I used melted butter instead of coconut oil, and I baked them for only 27 minutes – because I thought they will burn otherwise.

The biscuits turned out okay, a little salty for my taste. Maybe because of that, my kid didn’t like them too much. Maybe you can put less salt than indicated in the recipe.

Because they have this flat shape, I used one biscuit as a hamburger ban.
